When watching the winter X Games or even the Sochi Winter Olypmics recently. I have always wanted to learn how to grind without busting my face trying to guess technique. I found a video that is short and sweet and to the point. The technique is fairly simple to perform and most anyone that has the basic snowboarding technique, could easily do a simple board slide on a level box.
